On March 20, 2023, the second eight-week session begins at Hill College. Registration is open. Current and prospective students should enroll now to secure their spot.

The eight-week semester is a great way for current students to add another class to complete core curriculum requirements, such as English, government, history, music, psychology, sociology, and speech. Opportunities to complete a lab science requirement are also available during the condensed semester.

The police academy, part of the Health and Public Service Pathway, is offering a part-time night course at the Hill College Campus beginning in the short semester that will offer students the availability to start this 23-credit-hour program, which runs approximately seven months.

At the new Burleson Higher Education Center, a microbiology course will be offered in the new, state-of-the-art science labs.

Other highlighted courses offered are college and university physics, as well as courses on solar systems and oceanography. These courses provide an opportunity for students to complete credit hours toward their designated degree in a short semester.

In addition to in-person classes, Hill College continues to offer a variety of online and hybrid course options to meet each student’s needs.

For students recently or currently enrolled in classes, no application is needed. Simply register online via the student portal or schedule an appointment with your academic advisor by emailing advising@hillcollege.edu. New students should complete an application to get started.

Financial aid is available; email finaid@hillcollege.edu for information. Visit hillcollege.edu for more information on all courses and career pathways. For general questions, call 254.659.7500.
